These terms govern your use of SkyGrid monitoring interfaces, APIs, and data delivery features. SkyGrid is operated by Obsidian Dynamics Limited (Company No. 16663833), registered in England & Wales. By accessing the platform you agree to the following.
Service Scope
SkyGrid provides fully hosted anomaly detection, alerting, and workflow tooling delivered as a DaaS solution. Event classifications are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or safety directives.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with all applicable laws, export control regulations, and data-source licensing restrictions. Automated scraping, reverse engineering of API responses, or redistribution of raw feed data without a licensed DaaS agreement is prohibited.
Availability
Uptime targets and support response levels are determined by your contracted deployment scope. Enterprise and managed agreements carry defined SLA commitments; pilot and evaluation access is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance.
